Fluorescent lamps with fluorescent bulbs are now becoming
more popular as they last longer and use less electricity
to keep running. The old tungsten light bulbs use too
much electricity to run and generate much heat. This
is most evident during the summer, when there are high
temperatures and the room becomes much more heated after
the lights have been on for a while.
Some countries are passing laws to ban the old light
bulbs and making fluorescent bulbs mandatory. There
