The idea to stop global warming seems to be a pretty
straightforward concept. Or so it seems until the global
warming debate begins by consumer groups claiming that
the studies of global temperatures is a faulty science
at best.
How does the average citizen stop global warming if
they do not even know if the facts are correct? We think
that the information we receive from websites is factual,
only to find out later it is influenced by the agency
behind the website.
Misleading Information On Websites
Let us look at websites that look very scientific and
factual based. Everything seems to make sense and to
be arguing to stop global warming until one goes to
the frequently asked question portion of the site or
goes to the student resource tab.
There, every fact presented by other scientists is
negated and suddenly the fight to stop global warming
seems silly. The overall theme of the pages is that
the effects of global warming are being overstated.

Before you make your mind up over a certain website,
consider its source. Scientific data can be twisted
and turned depending on who or what the research is
done for. Common sense tells us that if a corporation
is against emission control standards, chances are their
contributions to a website will reflect a negative opinion
on the stop global warming debate.
Look For Valid Scientific Studies Online
There are reliable resources on the internet that do
offer up valid scientific studies. The vast majority
have theories but nothing is proven solidly at this
point. The ugly truth is that scientific research can
be turned which ever way the money is pointing.
In theory, studies done at Universities and Collegiate’s
research facilities are more likely to be factual. This
should be the true nature of science. It must be impartial
to all parties and be a study of the facts without the
influence of money swaying research.
Suppressed Data
The most current issue in regards to stop global warming,
is that it has recently come to the attention of the
media and courts that the Bush Administration in the
US, has suppressed data regarding the effects of global
warming, as well as data that supports the arguments
that global warming is a real issue that must be known
to all.
The news story states that the Bush Administration
suppressed vital facts and statistics about the effects
of climate change on North America. Will this help shed
light on the subject? We can only wait and see how the
information turns out as it is released to the public.
If there is a need to stop global warming, we must
know all of the facts and disseminate between the facts
given by biased parties. It is important to read and
understand both sides of the global warming debate in
order to make informed decisions.

A climate change is a theory that
some scientists have regarding the overall effect of
global warming. It is thought that when the Earth
reaches a certain temperature, it will begin a
chain of events that will change the climate.
Ocean currents will change and weather patterns will
